Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Lead payroll compensation, and benefits administration
• Handle disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and workplace investigations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR management experience
• Proficiency in Payroll preparation
• Proficiency in Performance
  Development and Management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
