MARKETING COORDINATOR – Fairground Holdings

We are looking for a dynamic, future-ready Marketing Coordinator to support and optimise our marketing programmes with a strong focus on modern marketing trends. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the evolving digital landscape, and has the creative and analytical capacity to build impactful brand moments both online and offline.

The Marketing Coordinator plays an important role in implementing and managing integrated marketing strategies that align with the organisation’s vision and strategic objectives. You will be the engine behind our content creation, digital marketing and campaigns, corporate social responsibility, internal and external communications, stakeholder and customer engagement, Risk, Compliance and Governance, SHEQ

Management, brand positioning, helping drive revenue, stakeholder value, and brand trust.

• Strong copywriting, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Excellent command of social media strategy and platform algorithms.
• Proficient in data analytics, campaign tracking, and reporting tools.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and highly organised with a passion for innovation.
• Designing skills for Canva

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing, experience, with at least 1 year in digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with digital platforms, CRM systems, and web analytics tools.
• Project Management exposure is essential.
• Driver’s license will be added advantage
• MICE industry experience is an advantage.
