We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our Team as a Human Resource Assistant. Shall need to have at an associate degree in HR or least 2 years’ experience in a relevant or related industry.
Candidate shall be required to:
* Perform Administrative duties
* Maintain Proper records of employees’ attendance and leaves
* Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration
* Shortlisting candidates and schedule job interviews
* Coordinate induction and training sessions for new employee
* Handle employee complaints, grievances, disputes and ensure timely resolutions to their queries
* Manage employees’ disciplinary processes and documentation
* Work freely and remain calm under pressure.
