HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER – CDK (Pty)

CDK (Pty) Ltd is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Human Resources Manager. We are seeking a professional who is passionate about people and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s objectives
* Lead the recruitment and selection process
* Oversee onboarding, training, and employee development programs
* Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
* Maintain and improve HR systems, procedures, and policies
* Handle disciplinary and grievance procedures
* Administer compensation and benefits programs
* Assess training needs and coordinate relevant programs
* Prepare and present HR reports and analytics to management

Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
* At least 5 years of post-graduate experience in Human Resource Management
* Strong knowledge of Botswana labor laws and HR best practices
* Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
