Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Consultant will be responsible for all administrative work within the HR department. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to; collating data for HR reports, tracking performance development processes, recruitment, leave management, onboarding and offboarding etc. The role requires an energetic, confident, self-driven individual with a passion for working within a diverse and inclusive organization.
Duties:
-
Assist with execution of the firm’s recruitment, on-boarding and offboarding procedures
-
Maintain calendars of the HR Department (Schedule meetings and HR events)
-
Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records and documentation
-
Provide clerical support for the HR department.
-
Monitor and provide feedback on policy compliance
-
Maintain confidentiality of HR data and resolution of any queries.
-
Support and facilitate the firm’s professional training programme
-
Act as a point of contact for Learning & Development queries and provide support for internal systems and e-learning platforms.

Assist in compiling HR metrics and compliance reports.

Provide basic support for employee relations matters and documentation.

Qualifications and experience required for the role:

Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or equivalent.

Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience

Must have a solid understanding of labor laws.
