Job Summary

Reporting to the Human Resource Superintendent, the Human Resources Practitioner will provide functional Human Resources support service to the Underground Project to ensure consistency in implementing HR policies, practices, objectives and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Project recruitment, selection and placement

• Implementation of the HR plans & initiatives

• Work & residence permits

• Housing management

• Training and development coordination

• Performance management

• HR systems

• Budget and records management

• Contractor management

• Safety, health and environmental compliance

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, Industrial Psychology or related field.

• Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience as an HR Generalist.

• Project and contractor management experience would be advantageous.
