JOB SUMMARY:
To ensure the provision of an efficient Human Resources services to the company in
the areas of training and development, recruitment and selection, performance management, succession
planning, and industrial relations, and to provide advisory support to line management and
staff to facilitate and enhance a constructive and positive work environment in order to meet business objectives
QUALIFICATIONS:
BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN HUMAN RESOURCES, INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS AND RELATED FIELDS
EXPERIENCE:
5 years’ experience in HR in a medium to large company. Experience usage of SAP System and previous
employment in a mining environment will be added advantages.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
1. Talent Management: Compensation & Reward
• Facilitation of compensation & reward strategies, research on market trends and best practices
• Maintains SAP SF system and data pertaining to remuneration and performance management
2. Talent Management: Recruitment & Selection
• Development and advisory services on recruitment processes aligned to HR Policies
• Promote competency-based recruitment methodologies
3. HR Administration & Support
• Maintains the HR system and data pertaining to resources systems
• Resolves staff queries on HR across the board and compliance to HR Policies
4. Organisational Development
• Plans, prepares and support HR Manager in managing talent through design, maintenance and
administration of Talent Management
• Staff training and development of talent in line with company strategy
5. Industrial Relations
• Maintains a healthy industrial relations culture for eff ective delivery to company strategy
• Facilitates enforcement of staff discipline in accordance with company policies and procedures
