PURPOSE
The Branch Administrator will be accountable for administration process excellence for the Branch. Ensuring optimal workflow within the business in regards to banking procedures and policies to mitigate risk and / or improve operational efficiencies.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Appropriate Business Degree qualification.
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing costs/expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies.
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions.
- Resolve all customer queries efficiently and within agreed timelines.
- Maintain an efficient electronic tracking and monitoring processes on all activities and timelines for administrative and process support.
- Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analyzing trends and data.
- Plan and manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent and team in order to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies and increase competencies.
