Classic Auto a well-established company in Botswana is urgently looking for the services of a qualified and experienced OPERATIONS DEPOT MANAGER who will be in charge of the workshop activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage/ Supervise service department
- Manage frontline and admin staff
- Plan and monitor progress of work within the workshop and improve services
- Implement value adding processes to enhance customer experience
- Assist and motivate technical staff
- Ability to work under pressure

- Certificate in Automobile Mechanic / Engineering (motor vehicle)
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in automotive service environment within any Motor Dealership/motor vehicle industry
- Computer literacy will be an added advantage
- Driver’s license (heavy vehicle)
- Worked in managerial position for at least five (5) years
