As an Admin Assistant/PR officer, you will be responsible for all admin work and reception desk responsibilities. You’ll liaise with management, stakeholders and clients on projects, write content, proof-read documents, take minutes during meetings, monitor client campaigns, follow up leads and attend to all customer both online, through calls and walk-ins.

Minimum Qualification: Diploma or Post Graduate Degree in Public Relations or Post Graduate Degree in Marketing Management or Business Administration and Management Degree
Responsibilities:
• Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff.
• Scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Taking notes and minutes during meetings.
• Ordering and taking stock of office supplies.
• Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders.
• Planning publicity strategies and campaigns
• Writing and producing presentations and press releases
• Content creation, copywriting, proof reading and creating content all work for both company and our clientele
• Dealing with enquiries from the prospects, the clients, and stakeholders
• Planning and organising promotional events such as activations and exhibitions
• Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress
• Analysing media coverage on all platforms for both clients and company
• Undertaking relevant market research and digital marketing effort
• Social Media Management for both company channels and clients
Key skills you should possess:
• Phone etiquette
• Creative and meticulous
• Able to Initiative
• Great copywriting and proof reading skills
• Fluent in both Setswana and English
• Confident in writing both English and Setswana grammar
• Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good in Microsoft Office skills
• Good Presentation skills
• Ability to prioritise and plan effectively
• Awareness of different media agendas
Advantageous:
• Marketing Experience
• Call Centre Skills
• Customer Relationship Management App experience
