Les Genes, a medical equipment distribution company in Gaborone is looking for a Sales and Logistics Officer in Gaborone with the core job objective of work being to assist in the management of contracts and bids.

• Bids
• Researching suppliers
• Calling suppliers
• Comparing products
• Negotiating prices
• Collecting necessary document
• Preparing bid documents and successful submissions
• Contracts
• Contacting clients
• Contacting suppliers
• Arranging couriers
• Processing payments
• Arranging customs clearance
• Arranging Delivery to client
• Submitting Invoices
• Following payments
• Scheduling
• Overall scheduling of tasks and projects.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• A diploma/degree is minimum

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word

• Online research skills
• At least 3 years experience in sales/logistics/administration
• Well organised
• Motivated
• Excellent email communication skills

Benefits:

We offer a starting salary of BWP 4,000.00 Per Month during probation and BWP 5,000.00 Per Month upon confirmation.
18 Days Annual Leave
Gratuity of 12 days per annum
