Job Description: HR and Admin Assistant
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Admin Assistant to join our team. This role will provide support in various human resources and administrative functions for the Group, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization. - Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and new employee orientation.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in HR-related tasks, such as benefits administration, employee training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Prepare HR documents and correspondence, such as employment contracts, letters of offer, and HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation.
- Support payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee timesheets and records.
- Assist in maintaining HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related databases.
- Handle administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes during meetings.
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies and equipment.
- Assist in organizing company events, employee engagement initiatives, and team-building activities.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient cross-functional operations.
- Stay updated on HR and administrative best practices and assist in implementing process improvements.
Requirements:
- Diploma in HR or administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Admin Assistant, or similar role.
- Solid understanding of HR practices and principles, as well as employment laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of basic administrative functions and office management practices.
