- An appreciation of the BECI products and how if relates customer requirements.
- Generate sales leads using a variety of sources for example liaising with brokers, agents and other stakeholders.
- Deliver presentations to customers in a way that will lead to successful completion of the sale.
- Ensure follow up with potential customers to enhance probability of sales completion.
- Complete proposal forms and submit to risk for pricing within the required turnaround time.
- Present the quotation to the client by explaining the details and ensure understanding.
- Once concluded hand the customer over to the Sales Associates to activate the policy.
- Follow up with existing customers to on sell additional products and generate referrals.
- Update leads and visitation schedules on the marketing tracker to ensure accuracy of information.
- Conduct weekly reporting regarding sales visits and concluded sales.
- Interpret sales data to identify possible opportunities regarding improved product offering, product profitability and market trends.
- Provide feedback to the Sales Associates regarding insights.
- Promotes BECI services to enhance market exposure leading to maximization of sales and achievement of revenue targets.
- A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing or a related business discipline.
- Remuneration for the position will be on commission basis. (Basic and Commission)
Maun 1X, Palapye 1X, Francistown 1X, Gaborone 3X (6 agents in total)
