Job Description:

The incumbent will be required to manage all functions within the Finance Department and implementation of policies and procedures.

Monitor transactions which occur with foreign creditors; preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and reporting on the financial position of the company to management.

Preparation of payroll from computerised payroll system.

Preparation of Income Tax and VAT returns, and ensuring general compliance with tax legislation.

Handling Human resources and managing other resources.

General management of day to day activities

Qualification & Experience:

An Accounting degree or a professional qualification on Finance, with minimum 10-15 years of experience in Finance and relevant field. Working knowledge of the Botswana Income Tax Act. VAT Act, Companies Act and other relevant legislation.

Salary – Negotiable
