- Keep abreast of market updates and development of any changes to keep clients informed.
- Ensure that any changes to events published in the BSE daily market report and pricing supplement are updated and released.
- Efficient Corporate Action events administration: Achievement is measured by the timely conveyance of annual reports, market announcements and declarations, proxy chasing, correct processing of payments (entitlements) as funds are received.
- Query Resolution achieved: Achievement is measured using the queries resolved within the agreed timeline against number of queries received.
- Handle all SWIFT related queries.
- Responsible for delivering proactive client service and satisfaction via regular client service review meetings while maintaining and deepening relationships at operational levels.
- Keep abreast of market regulations and development of any changes to keep clients informed.
- Timely authorisation of trades and transactions: Measured by compliance with the market deadlines
- Continually drive and model RMB’s values.
- Create brand presence for oneself.
- Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained.
