Minimum Requirements;
- At least 2 – 3 years experience in a similiar 5* environment as a Sous or Head Chef
- Solid track record in hospitality establishments – must have contactable references
- Professional Culinary Qualification from a recognized establishment
- Must be able take on full kitchen management administration, from ordering and maintenance to quality and portion control and staff training
This is a live in position, package includes accommodation, all meals, flights from/to camp, medical contribution, uniforms and company bed nights.
