HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR (X2)

The successful incumbent will primarily be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

  • Live FNB Values, inspires others to achieve excellence and deliver exceptional service to customers
  • Evaluate and advise on the selection and appointment of staff to ensure equity, fairness and parity and further facilitates the recruitment and selection process

 

  • Assist new employees with completing engagement and onboarding processes
  • Organize and arranges for relocation of eligible employees in accordance with Bank procedures.
  • Check and process recommendations for acting appointment, promotions, re-designation and salary increments to ensure they are in accordance with HR policies and procedures and submits to payroll.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date leave records for all employees of the Bank.

  • Ensure that various types of leave including normal leave, study leave, maternity leave etc., are captured onto the system and that employees have complied with procedures, standards and policies.
  • Maintain accurate filing and records by ensuring that documents are filled to ensure security of employees’ personal information and ease of retrievals as and when required.
  • Analyze various HIR information and prepares regular and ad hoc employment reports and statistics including exit interview reports, recruitment status reports, redeployment status, absenteeism etc.
  • Provide professional advice to line management on problem areas and labour issues including grievance handling.
  • Maintain quality service by following organization standards
  • Management of HR communication to the Bank

 

Qualification and Experience required:

  • Degree in Social Science, Human Resources, Management, Industrial Psychology or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR environment
