Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction or crushing plant and aggregate operations, including mine or site management.
- Proven experience managing crusher plants and aggregate production operations.
- Demonstrated ability to increase production output, manage clients and expand operations.
- Strong background in plant maintenance management, including coordination with mechanical teams and contractors.
- Experience in budgeting, costing, forecasting and overall site financial control.
- Proven capability in managing large teams (operators, artisans and support staff).
- Knowledge of mine health and safety regulations and experience engaging with regulatory authorities.
- Strong understanding of production equipment and processes.
- Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities and work in demanding site conditions.
Salary
