Account Manager – Thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions (Africa) (Pty) Ltd

Thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions (Africa) (Pty) Ltd, a multinational project engineering company providing EPCS solutions to its customers is looking to fill the Account Manager position in Botswana. We are looking for a productive individual with a 3 – 5 years’ experience in related industries who possesses a Technical (Diploma or Artisan trade and have the ability to be trained in sales field If you do not have the above qualifications but have a sales qualification with the ability to be trained in the technical field, you are also invited to apply.

Key Performance Areas:

Customer Support

• Support existing customers w terms of the current and future service offerings
• Expand customer base to include new potential customers
• Actively develop new customers
• Identify and record new business leads that can be developed into opportunities

Sales Activities

• Align efforts with Area Manager to actively contribute in reaching area sales targets
• Prepare expected invoiced sales figures to feed into Area Manager’s sales forecast on a yearly basis
• Continuously keep track of sales figures through the fiscal year and stay informed of margins in field service proposal calculations
• Actively enforce expected margins on parts sales
• Actively drive and record order intake as a required activity to accurately forecast expected invoiced sales
• Maintain customer contact information to cover general management, procurement management and maintenance management down to buyer and supervisor level
• CRM data base management Continuously provide updated information for maintaining accuracy of CRM
