Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and annual financial statements
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations
- Handle payroll, PAYE, VAT and other BURS submissions
- Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts and cost reports
- Track event revenue, deposits and client billing
- Liaise with external auditors and support audit processes
- Keep internal controls in place and financial records accurate
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- ACCA, CIMA or BICA qualification (or in progress)
- At least 5 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of Botswana tax regulations (VAT, PAYE)
