  • Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, accounts payable and receivable
  • Completing purchase orders
  • Managing Payroll and calculating Employee tax
  • Compiling Financial Reports on a regular basis and providing information/advice to the finance team
  • Completing Bank Reconciliations
  • Advising management with budget


  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
  • At least 4 years of work experience In a finance environment with knowledge of budgets and financial statements, accounting methodologists and systems
  • Computer proficiency including MS Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge in the calculation of tax and compiling BURS Tax returns
  • Valid Driver’s License will be an added advantage
