Responsibilities typically involve conducting office administration, preparing and assisting with financial documents and assisting senior accountants with their duties, liaising with tax and company registration authorities and liaising with clients under supervision of a senior.
Working independently, following instructions and communicating clearly are a must.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Filing of client documents
- Data entry that feeds into the process of preparing financial statements and financial analysis
- Assisting with management accounts and financial statements
- Process tax and company secretarial forms
- Research on any topic as needed
- Administration of office that includes
- Internal audit related to various clients
- Liaising with BURS, CIPA and any related departments
Suitable candidate needs to have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- Must be results oriented
- Proficient in use of MS Excel and Word
- Hands on experience using accounting packages, particularly Quickbooks and Pastel
- Must have good computer skills and ability to communicate electronically
- Understanding of accounting, taxation and the company secretarial duties
- Good communicator who understands the value of rapid and timely communication
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Must be able to follow instructions
- Good organizational skills
- A driver’s license would be an added advantage
Any of the below qualifications will be accepted:
- Intermediate level ACCA/CIMA/BiCA qualification
- Or Qualified AAT with 2/-3 years of work experience
