Key Responsibilities
- Filling, organizing and maintaining office records
- Receiving and directing calls and visitors
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assisting with general clerical issues
- Preparing and processing invoices
- Recording daily financial transactions
- Accounts receivable and payable support
- Bank reconciliations and cashbook maintenance
- Filling financial documents and records
- Stock and inventory record management
- Support during audits and financial reviews
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related filed.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Good communication, numerical accuracy, and attention to details.
- Must uphold confidentiality, follow company policies, and carry out any other duties reasonably assigned by a supervisor or authorised superior.
