Sky Bridge Logistics, a growing logistics and transport solutions provider, is seeking two (2) qualified Accounts Assistants to join our Finance Department. The successful candidates will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT – Boatle (X2)

Job Description

Sky Bridge Logistics invites applications for the position of Accounts Assistant (x2), an important role within our Finance Department responsible for supporting accurate financial record reconciliation, and reporting of financial transactions across the business.
The successful candidates will play a key part in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, while providing timely financial insights that enable efficient operations.
This role demands attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive approach to maintaining the financial health of a growing logistics company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing invoices, payments, and receipts
• Capturing and reconciling transactions on Sage Evolution
• Preparing monthly reports and assisting in financial statement preparation
• Reconciling bank, supplier, and customer accounts
• Assisting with payroll and statutory compliance (e.g. PAYE, VAT)
• Supporting internal and external audits
• Maintaining filing systems and financial documentation

Qualifications and Experience

• AAT Level 4 Qualification or equivalent
• Minimum 1–3 years accounting/finance experience
• Proficiency in Sage Evolution (knowledge of other accounting software is an advantage)
• A valid Class B Driver’s License
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
