Ker & Downey (Botswana) Proprietary Limited is looking for ambitious and energetic applicants to join the Accounts & HR teams. All positions are based in Maun.
ACCOUNTS CLERK (1 POSITION)

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

⦁ Invoice processing in Pastel
⦁ Maintaining the customer ledger and related schedules
⦁ Preparing customer reconciliations
⦁ Cash book maintenance and Banks reconciliation
⦁ Liaising with agents regarding collections
⦁ Credit control and follow-up.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

⦁ A minimum AAT Diploma or an equivalent qualification
⦁ A diploma in Accounting or Finance will be advantageous.
⦁ A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar capacity
⦁ An active BICA membership is a must.
⦁ Knowledge and experience in Pastel accounting package
⦁ Knowledge and experience in Res Request is a value-add
⦁ Experience in handling Excel spreadsheets
⦁ Punctuality and ability to work under pressure.
⦁ Good communication skills
