Key Responsibilities
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external examinations.
- Prepare examination schedules, documentation, exam packs, seating plans, and required resources.
- Assist in the conduct and invigilation of physical and online examinations.
- Coordinate marking, moderation, and accurate updating of marks and attendance in the ERP system.
- Manage plagiarism detection processes using Turnitin or similar tools and document academic misconduct cases.
- Provide guidance and counselling to students on academic honesty and plagiarism prevention.
- Ensure adherence to assessment deadlines, confidentiality, and quality assurance standards (QMS).
- Handle assessment-related queries and requests through GLPI within defined SLAs.
- Maintain effective communication with students, staff, and stakeholders.
- Perform any other assessment-related duties assigned by the Supervisor or management.

- A BSc (hons) in Computing, Information Systems, or Related qualification.
