Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate management accounts and financial reports to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
  • Manage supplier invoices, reconciliations and payments to ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
  • Oversee invoicing processes and ensure timely collection of revenue in line with approved policies.
  • Administer payroll processes accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with statutory and institutional requirements.
  • Ensure efficient execution of finance activities and timely delivery of agreed financial services.
  • Maintain complete and accurate financial records in accordance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Manage credit control processes and follow up on outstanding balances to minimise debt and improve cash flow.
  • Maintain an accurate fixed asset register and ensures proper accounting, tracking and compliance.
  • Provide effective financial oversight, budgeting and cost control to support organisational sustainability and growth.
