Qualifications: Degree in Public Administration/Strategic Management or related field.
Experience: At least 2 years’ experience at D3 salary scale, working in a Strategy/Performance Management office. Training in Balanced Scorecard/ Performance Management/Change Management is a requirement.
Certification: Botswana Qualification Authority Accreditation or equivalent.
Salary: D2 (P291 108 – P321 012) per annum
Housing & Upkeep Allowance: P309.00 per month
Leave: 30 working days per annum.

pays 5%)
Job Purpose: Provide guidance, coordinate public sector reforms and initiatives, and implement and manage employee performance in the Botswana Defence Force.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance in the development of Human Resource Strategy and Departmental Strategic Plan.
- Align Annual Performance Plan to overall Human Resource and Organisational Strategy for achievement of long, medium and short term HR and organizational objectives.
- Provide advice and guidance at strategic level to support the achievement of HR goals and objectives to ensure effective operational service to commands on all matters pertaining to human capital and organisational development.
- Translate HR strategies into operational objectives and programmes to ensure effective management of human resources.
- Implement Performance Management Systems to ensure achievement of objectives, enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the human resources.
