Key Responsibilities
- Supervise waiters and ensure smooth restaurant service.
- Welcome guests, assist with seating, menus, food and beverage recommendations.
- Handle guest complaints professionally.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and train junior staff.
- Allocate staff stations and monitor performance.
- Monitor restaurant stock, including glassware, cutlery, linen and consumables.

Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in hospitality, restaurants or fine dining.
- At least 1-2 years’ supervisory experience.
