Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the development, implementation and monitoring of the Enterprise Risk Services strategy against set key performance indicators
  • Overseeing the delivery of Enterprise Risk services to clients; including Technology Risk Consulting services
  • Directing the planning, resourcing, execution of engagements and reporting to board audit committees
  • Ensuring compliance with the firm’s quality and risk management policies and procedures
  • Establishing and maintaining sound working relationship with client counterparts.
  • Driving business development, including identifying opportunities and the development and delivery of proposals
  • Coaching staff and implementing performance management processes.

  • Fully qualified Chartered Accountant
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) qualification is preferred and IIA membership in good standing
  • Master’s degree in business administration or equivalent is an added advantage
  • CISA qualification is advantageous
  • At least ten (10) years post-qualification experience in a consulting professional services environment, 5 of which should have been in a senior managerial role
