Key Responsibilities
- Leading the development, implementation and monitoring of the Enterprise Risk Services strategy against set key performance indicators
- Overseeing the delivery of Enterprise Risk services to clients; including Technology Risk Consulting services
- Directing the planning, resourcing, execution of engagements and reporting to board audit committees
- Ensuring compliance with the firm’s quality and risk management policies and procedures
- Establishing and maintaining sound working relationship with client counterparts.
- Driving business development, including identifying opportunities and the development and delivery of proposals
- Coaching staff and implementing performance management processes.

- Fully qualified Chartered Accountant
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) qualification is preferred and IIA membership in good standing
- Master’s degree in business administration or equivalent is an added advantage
- CISA qualification is advantageous
- At least ten (10) years post-qualification experience in a consulting professional services environment, 5 of which should have been in a senior managerial role
