BAR MANAGER – Bango Liquor (Pty) Ltd

Bango Liquor (Pty) Ltd situated in Mogoditshane is urgently looking for a BAR MANAGER.

1. BAR MANAGER

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Operations, managing and supervising bar cashiers and attendants; maintain their schedule & rota
2. Reconciliation of the bar petty cash & daily sales
3. Selects and purchase liquor and other bar supplies
4. Maintains and supervise inventory Experience and Qualification

• Minimum BGCSE. A bar/restaurant training and/or any tertiary qualification will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of POS system will be advantageous
• At least 2 years’experience in similar field (bar or restaurant)
• Be knowledgeable of and operate within appropriate liquor licensing guidelines
• Available to start work immediately Skills:
• Problem-solving and good Interpersonal relationship skills.
• Strong leadership ability.
• Knowledge of beverage industries
• Able to maintain restraint in stressful situations.
