Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing activities within agreed budgets, targets, and timelines.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing and new customers through account support and coordination with internal teams.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys.
• Identify opportunities to penetrate competitor markets.
• Deliver internal and client-facing presentations.
• Work with internal teams to prepare client proposals and manage follow-ups.
• Communicate new product opportunities, feedback, and market insights to the Marketing Director.
• Coordinate with staff to support sales and close deals.
• Train new sales employees.
• Manage branch stock control and ensure accountability for discrepancies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in tyre retail environment looking up tyres & providing customer service.
• Must have at least Degree or Diploma in Business Admin or any related field.
• Must be willing to be based anywhere in Botswana.
• Candidate must have a driving license.
