The Branch Manager will be responsible for:
• General Management of Division ( branch level)
• Ordering and inventory management of the products
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Preparation of management reports ( for your division) on monthly basis
• Inventory control and stock takes
• Maximise sales volumes and revenues
• Maintains excellent long term customer relationship, improve customer service
• Constructively handles customer complaints
QUALIFICATIONS
• Diploma in Animal Health and Production/ Certificate in Agro Chemicals Management / any other business related qualification.
• At least five (5) years’ experience as a Branch supervisor/ administrator/ Manager in a retail environment.
• The following will serve as an added advantage:
I. Class B SADC Driver’s license
II. Practical knowledge of Kerridge Commercial Software or any retail software acceptable to Mont Trade ( Pty) Ltd ;
III. Customer Service Course;
IV. Safety, Health and Environment Course[SHE]
