To coordinate and ensure smoother day to day operations and promote robust business at branch level.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure opening and closing times are adhered to;
- Ensure all electrical and mechanical assets are accounted for and fully functional;
- Monitor all body movements in and out and ensure that all funeral schedules are in place;
- Interact with clients and families in a compassionate and respectful manner, addressing their needs and providing guidance throughout the funeral planning process;
- Monitor all vehicle movements, fuel consumption and usage and ensure log books are accordingly completed;
- Set up vehicle maintenance plan for the branch;
- Monitor financial aspects of the branch, including budgeting, expense control and revenue generation;
- Reconcile all sales at the end of every day and ensure deposits are done accordingly;
- Manage stock and oversee selling of company products and services;
- On daily basis, ensure that all funeral claims are cleared and ready;
- Provide detailed report on the performance of the branch on a monthly basis;
- Manage people in a more progressive approach towards good customer service;
- Assign duties, provide training and guidance, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure optimal team performance; and
- Other duties as may be necessary from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma in a business-related field with background in sales & marketing and people management.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience.
- A valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.
