BRAND & MARKETING MANAGER – SPRINT COURIERS

VACANCY: BRAND & MARKETING MANAGER

Sprint Couriers is seeking a driven, creative, results-oriented Brand & Marketing Manager to lead the company’s campaigns and brand identity programs. This person must have a strong ability to drive strategy, content development and production. This role reports to the Projects Director and manages a self-creative services as well as agency resources.

This is what you’ll do as part of the team:

• Plan, strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market.
  • Define product strategies and road maps.
  • Research and determine product weaknesses and areas to be modified.
  • Develop sales tools and collateral’s
  • Develop effective product positioning in the market
  • Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development.
  • Brief and train sales personnel.
  • Launch and oversee advertising and media planning.
  • Lead the development of messaging, content and campaigns for brand and product initiatives.
  Managing all aspects of production including budgets, timelines and logistics.
  • Manage self as an in-house Graphic Designer as well as freelance content creators.
  • Rigorously focus on measurement, ROI and reporting.
  Ensure that activities are accretive to the business
  and tied to Brand and Sales KPIs.

And here is what you’ll need to be successful:

• 3+ years of related branding & marketing experience.
  • A good balance of creative and innovative thinking skills, coupled with strategic, analytic, operational and practical thinking skills.
  • Must have exceptional results orientation – with a high degree Of personal initiative and leadership.
  • Must have strong customer understanding skills, translating insights into winning marketing plans and a high degree of creativity to find new, compelling ways to reach and communicate to customers.
  • Proven track record partnering with cross-functional teams and driving successful marketing campaigns.
  • Adaptable to changes in project scope, and a fast-paced work environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and foundation in marketing communications and brand management.
  • Direct experience managing, building, and maintaining customer brands.
