BUSINESS ANALYST (5 Year Contract)

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Business Analyst will support product development and commercial decision-making.

Key performances areas

• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends.

• Build business cases with clear financial models (revenues, costs, ROI).

• Support pricing reviews and recommend optimal pricing structures.

• Analyse product performance and prepare concise commercial reports.

• Identify new business opportunities and partnership opportunities.

• Develop dashboards and analytics for management decision-making.

Skills/Technical Abilities

• Strong skills in market research, pricing, financial modelling and data analysis.

• Ability to produce clear commercial insights and actionable recommendations.

• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.

• Solid communication and stakeholder-engagement skills.

• High analytical capability, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.

Qualifications & Experience

The candidates should have attained the following:

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management and/or Administration, or related field.

• Minimum of Five (5) years post qualification work experience within a commercially oriented environment with emphasis on research, data analytics and pricing.

• Part-Qualified CIMA/ACCA or progress towards full qualification.

• Financial Modelling and Valuation certifications

• Product costing experience (Activity Based Costing, cost modelling, cost allocation).

• Experience in telecoms, ICT or digital infrastructure environments.
