LEA is a co-ordinated and focused one-stop shop Authority that provides development and support services to the Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises in Botswana, encompassing provision of business advisory, training, mentoring, business incubation, market access, technology and innovation support.

Specification

To provide training on horticulture and business consulting services to the tenants and trainees in horticulture incubators and channel network. This will also include clients screening & selection, monitoring, evaluation & technical interventions, coaching, training and market access and networking interventions. In addition, the incumbent will monitor business operations and intervene as necessary

Requirements

Education
A Diploma in Horticulture or Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Horticulture.

Experience
Five to eight years of commercial experience, preferably in a Horticulture Management or Horticulture Training environment. Experience in a management consultancy and demonstrated entrepreneurial flair will be beneficial.
