Botswana Chamber of Mines Invites applications for the following position:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Job Overview

Promote and facilitate the establishment of commercially viable mining related manufacturing businesses in Botswana. The candidate will be responsible for the promotion and facilitation of local procurement, citizen economic empowerment, job creation and the attraction of foreign direct investment where applicable.

• Attraction of foreign direct investment

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Business/Commerce/Finance/Economics or equivalent.
• A post graduate degree would be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years post qualification experience in business development or business consulting role, including at least 2-3 years exposure to investment project appraisals and management.

Remuneration Package

A competitive remuneration package will be based on skills level and experience.

Duration.

Two years employment contract.
