Responsibilities

* Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding food orders
* Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations
* Address delivery-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly
* Collaborate with delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
* Provide information on menu items, promotions, and delivery policies

Requirements
