Key Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound and outbound customer calls while delivering professional, efficient, and friendly service
  • Assisting customers with queries related to Alpha Direct’s insurance products, policies, and services
  • Using digital systems, customer platforms, and AI-assisted tools to resolve customer queries quickly and accurately
  • Escalating complex issues to the relevant departments and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions within internal systems
  • Identifying recurring customer concerns and helping improve how we respond to them
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to create a professional and supportive service environment

Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Customer Service, Business, or a related field
  • Certificate of Proficiency in Short-Term Insurance will be an added advantage
  • 1-2 years experience in a customer support or call Centre environment
  • Fluency in English and Setswana.
