Vacancy: Call Centre Agents

MAIN PURPOSE: RESPONDING TO INBOUND AND OUTBOUND CALLS.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Case management of customer calls in a timely manner
• Follow Communication scripts and processes for different type of calls
• Identify customer needs and give solutions or alternatives
• Accurate capture and recording of all calls including customer information
• Accurate dissemination of information to customers and working crew

Core competencies

• Fluent in English and Setswana
• Telephone etiquette
• Computer literacy
• Team player

Qualification and Experience

• Certificate/Diploma in Emergency Medical Care Technology
• Customer care
• Call Centre experience (added advantage)
