Letlole La Rona Limited (Letlole la Rona Group) is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Reporting to the Board, the CEO will provide strategic, board-aligned leadership of the Group, positioning the organisation as the country’s premier real estate entity and a trusted partner across select African markets. The role is responsible for driving sustainable growth, optimising a diversified property portfolio and delivering long-term shareholder value through disciplined strategy, investment excellence and strong corporate governance. Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Investments, Real Estate, or a related field, with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) being an added advantage.
- A minimum of ten (10) years’ executive leadership experience within the real estate, financial services, or investment management sectors.
- A proven track record in strategic planning, business expansion, and investment decision-making.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience managing high-value asset portfolios.
- In-depth knowledge of Botswana’s real estate market, regulatory frameworks, and investment environment.
