Motovac, a leading distributor of industrial and automotive lubricants, chemicals, paints and abrasives, is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead operations, drive operational excellence and accelerate sustainable growth across all divisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Board to translate strategy into operating plans, KPIs and budgets.
- Own end-to-end operations: procurement, supply chain, imports, warehousing, distribution, branches and after-sales technical service.
- Lead the lubricants, additives, paints and chemicals divisions with disciplined commercial execution.
- Drive improvement in productivity, cost, working capital, stock turn and on-time delivery.
- Maintain A-rating in customer evaluations and third-party audits through robust quality, HSE and compliance controls.
- Build senior relationships with strategic customers and onboard new principals, suppliers and product lines.
- Build a high-performance culture; develop and localize senior technical and managerial talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical engineering with ERB registration advantageous.
- 20+ years progressive experience in automotive lubricants, chemicals, additives and industrial lubricants, including 8+ years at executive level.
- Proven multi-site, multi-division P&L and operational accountability; track record of scaling revenue and margin.
- Strong domain knowledge of industrial/automotive lubricants, additives, paints, abrasives and engine treatment chemicals.
- Strategic, commercially astute, financially literate; excellent leadership and stakeholder management at Board, customer and shop-floor level.
- High integrity and personal credibility; strong ERP/Microsoft 365 literacy.
