Chief Operations and Quality Assurance Manager (Healthcare)

Requirements:
• Masters’ Degree in Business Administration or any related field
• A minimum of 15 years’ experience in senior management position in the private healthcare industry
• Proven work experience in obtaining COHSASA quality improvement accreditation
• PHD in healthcare management or related field will be an added advantage

Job Purpose:

to oversee the organization’s operations and ensure that all products and services meet quality standards as per industry requirement

Key Performance Areas:
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
• Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Quality activities
