Key Responsibilities
- Provide academic and administrative leadership
- Oversee staff performance, student welfare, and the effective day-to-day operations of the College
- Drive strategic planning and ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance
- Manage curriculum development, programme accreditation, and student admissions
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships by fostering strong relationships and collaborations with key stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, industry partners, employers, government agencies, and other relevant institutions
- Represent the College at meetings, conferences, industry forums, and stakeholder engagements
Requirements
- Master’s degree in any one of the following fields: Computer Science / Information Technology / Cyber Security / Digital Forensics / e-Commerce / Health Informatics / Banking and Finance / Forensic Accounting / Tourism Management / Business Management. PhD will be an added advantage.
- Registered as a Moderator and Assessor with BQA
- At least a Certificate in Quality Assurance
- Minimum of 5 years lecturing experience at tertiary level
- At least 2 years experience in a Head of Department or any academic managerial role
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Strategic thinking and sound judgement
- ICT proficiency
- Ability to navigate and effectively utilize online learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills
