We are seeking a passionate Community Health Worker to provide support services to people living with HIV/AIDS and GBV survivors. The role involves working with healthcare teams and the community to address stigma, discrimination and gender based violence.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychosocial support.
- Follow up ART defaulting clients.
- Mobilize the community for HIV Testing Services (HTS) and link them to treatment.
- Practice Public Health Education and promotion.
- Compile and submit reports on program progress.
- Implement programs addressing stigma, discrimination, gender based violence, drugs and substance abuse within the community.
- Ensure Confidentiality and privacy of all client information.
Requirements
- BGCSE or any Health related course
- 1 year working experience with communities or HIV/AIDS programs will be an added advantage.
