Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to hotel recipes and standards.
• Assist in menu preparation and daily food planning.
• Ensure all food is cooked and presented to high-quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking equipment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management and stock control.

Requirements:

• Certificate in Culinary Arts/Food Preparation.
• Atleast 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
