Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing contact centre strategy, managing budgets, and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Overseeing daily operations, managing KPIs, ensuring adherence to SLAs, and driving efficiency.
• Leading contact centre managers, coaching teams, managing performance, and succession planning.
• Ensuring excellent customer service, addressing complex issues, and using feedback to improve services.
• Working with tech and operations teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in one of the following:
  • Business Administration / Management
  • Operations Management
  • Information Systems / IT
  • Marketing or Customer Experience Management
• Experience: 5+ years relevant experience in senior managerial roles; added advantage having worked in a contact centre.
