Key Responsibilities

• Provide visible leadership to management and staff, fostering a culture of service excellence.
• Drive financial objectives through effective management of people, products, and processes.
• Develop and implement policies to achieve goals related to revenue growth, cost control, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct P&L analysis, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
• Ensure consistent adherence to standards of food quality, facility cleanliness, and service procedures.
• Train and mentor General Managers and Executive Chefs in recruitment, training, and retention of high-quality staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations, inspections, and audits, ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly.

Requirements

• Diploma and equivalent work-related experience in Hospitality and Tourism is required.
• Qualifications or training in Retail Management.
• Wine Training Certificate will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 or more years of proven success in a high-volume, multi-unit restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong analytical and coaching skills with the ability to diagnose issues and guide teams effectively.
• Flexibility to travel nationwide up to 50% of the time.
