Key Responsibilities
- Full operational management of the lodge and apartments
- Staff recruitment, training, supervision, and motivation
- Procurement and vendor management
- Hosting and managing guest experiences
- Overseeing front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance
- Advertising aand event management coordination
- Budget forecasting, financial oversight and revenue management
- Upholding health and safety standards and compliance
- Driving process improvement and guest satisfaction
- Collaborating with marketing and sales to boost visiity and bookings
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of expeience in the touirsm & hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in lodge operations and gueit seirice
- Valid driver’s license (an added advantage)
